PEI Licensing, Inc. Inks New Agreement For Laundry By Shelli Segal® Sleepwear, Robes And Loungewear

PEI Licensing, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Perry Ellis International (NASDAQ:PERY), announced today that it has entered into a new license agreement with Vayola, a division of The Kersheh Group, to design, manufacture and distribute sleepwear, robes and loungewear under the Laundry by Shelli Segal brand name.

Product will launch for the fall 2013 season and be available within current Laundry by Shelli Segal channels of distribution, such as Neiman Marcus, Saks, Nordstrom and Lord & Taylor.
