Comtech Telecommunications Corp. Receives A Five Year Basic Ordering Agreement For High-Power Solid-State Amplifiers And Services To Support The U.S. Navy

August 6, 2012--Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (Nasdaq: CMTL) announced today that its New York-based subsidiary, Comtech PST Corp., has received a five year Basic Ordering Agreement for solid-state, high-power amplifiers and other services from the U.S. Navy. The agreement which provides for issuance of individual delivery orders has an estimated ceiling value of approximately $9.2 million.

These high-power amplifiers to be ordered under this agreement provide for broad frequency coverage and are key components in systems utilized by the U.S. Navy.
