Ingles Markets, Incorporated Receives Energy Star Certification For New Mills River Store

Ingles Markets, Incorporated (NASDAQ: IMKTA) announced today the new store in Mills River, N.C. has received an ENERGY STAR certification from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that recognizes the energy efficiency of the store’s design. The Mills River store was awarded the “Designed to Earn the ENERGY STAR” certification after meeting strict EPA guidelines for the estimated energy use of the building.

Commenting on the Energy Star certification, Robert P.
