Expanding its Active Enterprise Data Warehouse and Teradata Database to address its growing analytical and operational reporting needs will improve visibility into the business, allowing network and marketing operations to make strategic decisions based on an expanded range of integrated data analytics.

DiGi had previously invested in Teradata for extensive analysis of data pertaining to customer call detail records and customer communications management. This analysis gave the company competitive advantage in providing more complete and effective service to its customers.
