Good day ladies and gentlemen and welcome to the Q2 2012 Furniture Brands Earnings Conference Call. My name is Sonia and I will be your operator for today. At this time all participants are in listen-only mode. We will conduct the question-and-answer session towards the end of this conference. I’d like to turn the call over to Mr. Rick Isaak, Chief Accounting Officer. Please proceed sir.

Thank you. Good morning everyone and thanks for joining us today. With me this morning is Ralph Scozzafava, our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer; and Vance Johnston, our Chief Financial Officer.
