Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: CLDX) will release second quarter 2012 financial results on Friday, August 10, 2012 before the U.S. financial markets open. Celldex executives will host a conference call at 8:30 a.m. ET on the same day to review the second quarter 2012 financial results and provide an update on anticipated research and development and business objectives for the remainder of 2012.
