DuPont Declares Third Quarter Dividend

WILMINGTON, Del., Aug. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- DuPont declared a third quarter common stock dividend of 43 cents per share payable Sept. 12, 2012, to stockholders of record Aug. 15, 2012.  This dividend is the same as what was paid in the second quarter 2012 .   This is the 432nd consecutive quarterly dividend since the company's first dividend in the fourth quarter of 1904.

Regular quarterly dividends of $1.12-1/2 per share on the $4.50 series preferred stock and 87-1/2 cents per share on the $3.50 series preferred stock also were declared, both payable Oct. 25, 2012, to stockholders of record Oct. 10, 2012.
