XenoPort, Inc. (Nasdaq: XNPT) announced today that it will release its second quarter financial results on August 7, 2012 at approximately 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. The company will host a conference call at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time that same day. A replay of the call will be available for one week following the event.
