ISV Programme launches Opportunity Introduction and Validation initiatives to foster development of innovative solutions
Zebra Technologies Corporation (NASDAQ: ZBRA), a recognised global leader in technologies that extend real-time visibility into business operations, today announced major additions to its Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Partner Programme. Zebra's ISV programme now includes two additional benefits designed to foster stronger and more innovative partnerships between Zebra and the ISV partner community.
The two new elements, named the 'Opportunity Introduction' and 'Validation' programmes, aim to refresh part of Zebra's overall PartnersFirst channel programme with a support package allowing partners that work with, but do not sell Zebra products to easily integrate its products into their applications, providing a complete solution.
Zebra's technical validation element helps customers to easily identify Zebra ISV Partner solutions that have been tested and demonstrated to work with Zebra products. Based on industry best practices, the programme offers registered ISV partners a framework to verify the interoperability of their software applications and offers direct access to Zebra testing specialists.
Once the ISV partner has successfully completed the validation process they can then market and sell their application with the tested Zebra products as a 'Zebra validated solution', providing market differentiation and added customer confidence.
In addition to the Validation programme, Zebra partners can also access the Zebra ISV Opportunity Registration Programme, designed to incentivise ISV partners who introduce and recommend Zebra printers to their potential customers. The programme provides Zebra with greater visibility into demand and inventory planning and technical integration requirements and rewards the ISV with marketing funds for future demand generation efforts.
