Good day, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Second Quarter 2012 Entertainment Properties Trust Earnings Conference Call. At this time, all participants are in a listen-only mode. I’d now like to turn the conference over to Mr. David Brian, President and Chief Executive Officer of Entertainment Properties Trust. You may proceed.
