Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ: CMCSA, CMCSK), a leading cable, entertainment and communications company, announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1625 a share on the Company’s common stock. The quarterly dividend is payable on October 24, 2012 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 3, 2012.
