Carrols Restaurant Group, Inc. To Announce Second Quarter 2012 Results On August 7, 2012

Carrols Restaurant Group, Inc. ("Carrols") (Nasdaq: TAST), the largest BURGER KING® franchisee, globally, today announced that Daniel T. Accordino, Chief Executive Officer, and Paul Flanders, Chief Financial Officer, will host a conference call to discuss second quarter 2012 financial results on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at 8:30 AM ET. A press release with second quarter 2012 financial results will be issued at 7:00 AM ET that same day.
