The Galaxy S III features a 4.8 inch HD Super AMOLED™ display, 8 megapixel rear-facing camera, 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, and Android™ 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. ANADIGICS' AWC6323 power amplifier enables the Galaxy S III available through Verizon Wireless, and the Company's AWC6325 and ALT6725 power amplifiers are featured in the Galaxy S III available through Sprint.
