TD Ameritrade Appoints Kerry Peacock To Board Of Directors

On July 20, 2012, TD Ameritrade Holding Corporation (NYSE: AMTD) welcomed Kerry Peacock to its board of directors. Kerry was designated by the board’s directors representing The Toronto-Dominion Bank (“TD Bank”) in accordance with the terms of the Company’s stockholders agreement. Kerry fills a seat vacated by William H. Hatanaka, who stepped down from the board on July 20, 2012.

Kerry joined TD Bank in 1981 and currently serves as the executive vice president of TD Waterhouse Discount Brokerage, leading the global direct investing business of TD Bank Group. She also serves as a board member for Service Ontario. She holds an MBA degree from the Ivey School of Business in London, Ontario and is an Ivey Scholar, in addition to having achieved her professional designation as a Certified General Accountant. Kerry will serve on the TD Ameritrade Risk Committee.
