NRG Energy, Inc. Announces First-Ever Quarterly Dividend
NRG Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NRG) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on the Company’s common stock of 9 cents per share, or 36 cents per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable August 15, 2012, to shareholders of record as of August 1, 2012. This marks NRG’s first ever dividend.
