(NasdaqGS: MINI) today announced that due to scheduling conflicts management has rescheduled the release of its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2012 to Thursday, August 9 th before the financial markets open. Likewise, the quarterly conference call has been rescheduled for Thursday, August 9 th at 12:00 noon ET.
