MOD-PAC CORP. (NASDAQ: MPAC) (the “Company”), a manufacturer of custom and stock paperboard packaging and provider of personalized print products, announced today that it will release its second quarter 2012 financial results before the opening of financial markets on Wednesday, August 1, 2012. A conference call and webcast will follow at 11:00 a.m. ET, in which management will discuss the Company's financial results and business strategy, followed by a question-and-answer session.
