Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc. (GMCR) (NASDAQ: GMCR), a leader in specialty coffee and coffee makers, today announced that the Company plans to announce financial results for its third quarter fiscal 2012 in a press release to be issued following the close of the financial markets on Wednesday, August 1, 2012.
