Intelimax Appoints Manfred Schauer To The Company's Advisory Board

VANCOUVER, July 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Intelimax Media Inc. ("Intelimax" or the "Company") (OTCQB:IXMD) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Manfred Schauer to the Advisory Board effective immediately.

About Manfred Schauer Mr. Schauer is a seasoned international banker, entrepreneur and investor with over 40 years of business experience, 35 years of which he worked and lived in the Asia Pacific region.  He was educated in Germany, followed by a 15 year career with Deutsche Bank.

Based in Hong Kong as Regional Treasurer he was responsible for asset and liability and risk management, all money market and foreign exchange trading operations for Deutsche Bank's Asia Pacific subsidiary network in 13 countries. He built up similar regional treasury capabilities for 2 other international banks based in Hong Kong and Japan for another 5 years.

From New Zealand Mr. Schauer runs his own independent investment council and consulting business for the past 20 years.  This involved a wide range of international projects from corporate finance to property development to resources and technology. Currently he is serving on the board of directors for 2 small cap resources companies in the USA and Canada.
