Dejour Energy Inc. (NYSE MKT: DEJ / TSX: DEJ), an independent oil and natural gas exploration and production company operating in North America's Piceance Basin and Peace River Arch regions, today announced that Robert Holmes, a director of the Company since 2008 has resigned for personal reasons, effective immediately. Dejour will miss his strong contribution as an independent member of the board, but wishes Mr. Holmes every success in his future.
