Canaccord Financial Inc. - First Day Of Dealings On The Main Market Of The London Stock Exchange

TORONTO, July 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Canaccord Financial Inc. is pleased to announce that its common shares will today be admitted, with a standard listing, to the Official List of the United Kingdom Listing Authority ("UKLA") and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market ("Main Market") (together, "Admission").

Dealings in the Company's common shares will commence on the Main Market today at 8.00 a.m. BST and cancellation of trading in the common shares on AIM will take place simultaneously. Canaccord will continue to be a dual-listed company, with shares trading on both the TSX (TSX:CF) and the LSE (LSE:CF.).
