The resort was developed by Cantex Enterprises S. A. de C. V. and is part of an exclusive mixed-use complex in the Riviera Maya.

The resort is comprised of 64 luxury condo-hotel suites with views of the Caribbean Sea and direct access to nearly 250 feet of beachfront. The units are decorated in a tropical contemporary design and feature fine-wood furnishings, granite countertops, upscale appliances and electronics, and marble floors. On-site amenities and services include a beach club, exercise room, restaurant, bar, concierge, and room service. Playa del Carmen's shopping district and other area attractions are easily accessible from the property.
