June 28, 2012 – Sony Corporation announced today that it has filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. A copy of this document is available on the Sony Corporation Investor Relations website at www.sony.net/SonyInfo/IR/library/sec.html.

Until August 2012, Annual Reports for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011 will be distributed with the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 2012.
