Harman International Industries, Incorporated (NYSE: HAR) announced today that Frank Sklarsky has been appointed to serve as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Sklarsky is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Tyco International Ltd., a leading global provider of security, fire protection and flow control solutions, with revenues of $17 billion. He earned his MBA from Harvard University and his Bachelor of Science, in Accounting, from Rochester Institute of Technology, where he serves as a member of the Board of Trustees. He is also a certified public accountant.
“We are delighted to welcome Frank Sklarsky to our Board of Directors and look forward to his outstanding contributions,” said Dinesh C.
