Roadrunner Transportation Systems Announces General Rate Increase
Roadrunner Transportation Systems, Inc. (NYSE: RRTS), a leading asset-light transportation and logistics services provider, today announced it will implement an average 6.9% general rate increase, effective July 16, 2012. The increase will be effective for all non-contractual customers using the current RDFS 501 US and RDFS 700 Canadian series base rate.
While the increase will average 6.9%, the actual increase will vary by shipment based upon lane, weight and freight classification. There will be no changes to the Roadrunner Transportation absolute minimum charge.
