that it has named
George Sharp Executive Vice President of Design, a newly created position. Mr. Sharp will report to
Stefani Greenfield, Chief Creative Officer, and will work across all brands.

Mr. Sharp brings more than 25 years of creative experience to The Jones Group. Most recently he was the Creative Director and Executive Vice President of Design for St. John where he oversaw every aspect of the brand's creative direction worldwide. He is credited with successfully drawing from the brand's heritage and transforming St. John into a modern global lifestyle brand. Prior to St. John, Mr. Sharp was Vice President of Design for
