Grace Announces Release Date For Second Quarter 2012 Results
W. R. Grace & Co. (NYSE: GRA) announced today that it will release its second quarter 2012 financial results at 6:00 a.m. EDT on Wednesday, July 25. A company-hosted conference call and webcast will follow at 11:00 a.m. EDT that day.
During the call, Fred Festa, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Hudson La Force, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will discuss the second quarter results. A question and answer session with analysts will follow the prepared remarks.
Access to the live webcast and the accompanying slides will be available through the Investor Information section of the company’s web site, www.grace.com.
