AmerisourceBergen (ABC ) rated new Buy at Mizuho. $42 price target. Company is likely to retain the ESRX/MHS contract.

TD Ameritrade (AMTD ) downgraded to hold at TheStreet Ratings.

First PacTrust Bancorp (BANC ) upgraded to buy at TheStreet Ratings.

Cardinal Health (CAH ) rated new Neutral at Mizuho. $45 price target. Company lacks near-term catalysts.

Crocs (CROX ) rated new Buy at Benchmark. Valuation call, based on a $23 price target.

Cisco (CSCO ) rated new Hold at Think. $18 price target. Near term outlook likely to remain depressed.

Facebook (FB ) rated new Buy at Nomura. $40 price target. Company can continue to grow and take market share in the display market.

Corning (GLW ) upgraded at JP Morgan from Underweight to Neutral, JP Morgan said. Panel pricing appears to have bottomed.

ITT Industries (ITT ) downgraded at FBR from Market Perform to Underperform, FBR Capital Markets said. $15.50 price target. Company is facing multiple growth headwinds.

Jack in the Box (JACK ) upgraded at BofA Merrill to Buy from Underperform, Bank of America Merrill Lynch said. $32 price target. Better sales and more modest food cost inflation.

Key Energy (KEG ) downgraded at FBR from Outperform to Market Perform, FBR Capital Markets said. $9 price target. Business recovery has proven more challenging than expected.

Kimberly-Clark (KMB ) upgraded at Argus from Hold to Buy, Argus Research said. $92 price target. Company is a market leader and emerging markets should drive growth.

McKesson (MCK ) rated new Neutral at Mizuho. Valuation call, based on a $99 price target.

Onyx Pharmaceuticals (ONXX ) upgraded at Morgan Stanley from Underweight to Equal-weight, Morgan Stanley said. Kyprolis will likely be approved by the FDA.

Universal Display (PANL ) rated new Buy at Deutsche Bank. $45 price target. Shares are undervalued and have several catalysts.

PPG Industries (PPG ) rated new Outperform at Baird. $120 price target. Company is positioned well for an eventual domestic housing recovery.

Ryder System (R ) downgraded at Wells Fargo to Market Perform from Outperform, Wells Fargo said. $41 to $45 valuation range. Truck cycle may be slowing more than expected.

Ralph Lauren (RL ) rated new Neutral at JP Morgan. $155 price target.
