10 Best Celebrity Homes on the Market

P/> Zsa Zsa Gabor's Bel-Air home
Location: Los Angeles
Price: $14.9 million

It's kind of tough explaining Zsa Zsa Gabor to people these days. Was she Paris Hilton with better breeding and acting talent? Were she and her sisters more presentable Kardashians? In either case, the woman perhaps most famous for being famous and never pronouncing the "r" in "darling" is in ill health and selling off her sprawling 26-room, 8,878-square-foot home. The estate's seven bedrooms, seven baths and several indoor/outdoor entertaining spaces hosted Frank Sinatra, Elizabeth Taylor and presidents Ronald Reagan and both Bushes. Sitting on more than an acre overlooking Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean, the estate is a near-perfect statement on Gabor herself: Lavish and a bit gaudy, but an enduring reminder of a Hollywood that's slowly fading away.

Kelsey and Camille Grammer's Beverly Hills home
Location: Los Angeles
Price: $18 million

Their divorce is complete, but the Cheers and Frasier star and his Real Housewives ex-wife still haven't been able to unload the the 10,567-square-foot house they bought for $13.7 million in 2007. The seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom home sits on one acre and features a spacious living room, media room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, gym, motor court and large, outdoor swimming pool. The couple is still trying to unload a $7.3 million ski house in Colorado that was used in an episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but the sale of the larger home will likely put an end to the "housewife" and "Beverly Hills" portions of their relationship.

Billy Joel's Miami mansion
Location: Miami Beach, Fla.
Price: $14.8 million

Wait, Billy's a Long Island guy, right? Hangs out there with Anthony when Mama Leone lets him out of the house? Spends his summer mornings catching striper on the Downeaster Alexa? Maybe, but Joel's made enough money to avoid freezing his fingers there after thanksgiving. This 9,200-square-foot, seven-bedroom, eight-and-a-half-bath Mediterranean has been the singer's winter hideaway since 2006. Its 150 feet of waterfront property has panoramic views of Biscayne Bay, a bar with wine cellar, gourmet chef's kitchen, formal living and dining room, office and sumptuous master suite and and outdoor kitchen. Those are a whole lot of amenities for a snowbird house, but considering Joel's tour with Elton John two years ago grossed about $2 million per stop, that's just a little change in the tip jar for the piano man.

Derek Jeter's Midtown bachelor pad
Location: New York City
Price: $18 million

If your houseguests are going to include Mariah Carey, Adriana Lima, Minka Kelly and Jessica Alba, no ordinary post-collegiate bro-tel will do. Jeter bought his place in the Trump World Tower from Donald Trump himself for $12.8 million. Since then, he's tricked it out with a pool table, Pac-Man arcade cabinet, wood-burning fireplace and control system for the audio, video and lighting. There are floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Manhattan skyline, but perhaps more impressive is the "ultra-suede" wallpaper throughout. The Captain could spell out "Not Looking For Anything Serious" on his walls in replica World Series rings and still be more subtle.
