Greenway’s PrimeRESEARCH To Exhibit At DIA 2012 Annual Meeting

Greenway Medical Technologies, Inc., provider of the single-database electronic health record (EHR), practice management and interoperability solution PrimeSUITE®, is exhibiting its PrimeRESEARCH™ solutions at the DIA 2012 48th Annual Meeting June 24-28 in Philadelphia.

PrimeRESEARCH’s EHR-enabled technology connects life science companies and contract research organizations (CROs) with physician practices that use PrimeSUITE to document patient health records.

To date, Greenway® has coordinated participation of PrimeRESEARCH sites in more than 40 clinical studies, including Phase II-IV, Observational, Registry and Safety studies, across a range of therapeutic areas.

Using de-identified queries run across the PrimeRESEARCH network, Greenway helps study sponsors and CROs test the feasibility of study protocols and identify sites with sufficient patient population. Study-eligible patients are then identified to participating sites based on protocol inclusion and exclusion criteria to facilitate recruitment. This reduces the need for time-consuming chart searches by site staff. Eligibility can be flagged within PrimeSUITE at the point of care, and data for enrolled patients can be extracted from PrimeSUITE and loaded into a study database or mapped into an electronic data capture (EDC) case report form, decreasing duplicate data entry and making study participation easier for sites.

The PrimeRESEARCH Remote Monitoring Solution (RMS) enables sponsors and CROs to perform more flexible and efficient source document verification and reduce on-site visits through view-only access to health records of enrolled subjects via a secure, online portal that includes a full audit trail.
