., (NASDAQ: ARCP) (the "Company") announced today the closing of its underwritten public offering of 3,250,000 shares of its common stock at a price of
per share, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The Company received approximately
in net proceeds from the offering after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to make additional property acquisitions and repay certain indebtedness.
Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated, Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc., a subsidiary of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc. (NYSE Amex: LTS), and JMP Securities LLC acted as representatives of the several underwriters and joint book-running managers of the offering. Maxim Group LLC and National Securities Corporation acted as co-managers for the offering.
