Eastern Time (on June 15 at 9:00 A.M. Beijing/Hong Kong Time). All shareholders of record as of May 7, 2012 have been mailed their proxy materials and annual reports. More information on these matters may be found on the Company's proxy statement pursuant to Section 14(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, previously filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on May 21, 2012.
