(NYSE: RSE), a national owner and operator of regional enclosed malls, today announced that Forever 21 has signed a lease to expand its presence at Southland Center, a leading shopping center serving Detroit's Southern Wayne County submarket. Forever 21, a specialty retailer of women's and men's clothing and accessories, will move from its existing 7,000 square foot space to a 22,500 square foot space formally occupied by Borders.

There has been a great deal of interest in the relocation of this Forever 21 store within the Southland Center. Located at 23000 Eureka Road in Taylor, Michigan, Southland Center is the only regional mall located in the Detroit suburbs south of I-94. The approximately 900,000 square foot, single-level, enclosed shopping center is home to a number of leading retailers including Macy’s, jcpenney, Best Buy, Victoria’s Secret, and American Eagle Outfitters. The addition of Forever 21 as an anchor tenant will enhance Southland Center’s impressive retail line-up providing customers with an unparalleled shopping experience.
