IDT Wireless Power Solution Wins Semiconductor Of The Year Award From Semiconductor Industry News

Integrated Device Technology, Inc. The Semiconductor of the Year Award was founded in 1994 to praise and recognize technologies and products that contribute to the semiconductor industry, specifically those that contribute to state-of-the-art equipment important to Japan markets. The publication chose award winners from the pool of new products and technologies released between April 2011 and March 2012. IDT’s wireless power solutions were recognized in the Semiconductor Devices category.
