On June 5, 2012, the Company will present at the 32 ^nd Piper Jaffray Annual Consumer Conference at the Le Parker Meridien Hotel in New York, NY. The presentation will begin at 2:35 PM Eastern Time.

On June 6, 2012, the Company will present at the 2012 Stephens Spring Investment Conference at the New York Palace Hotel in New York, NY. The presentation will begin at 8:30 AM Eastern Time.

On June 14, 2012, the Company will present at the 32 ^nd Annual William Blair Growth Stock Conference at the Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago, IL. The presentation will begin at 10:40 AM Central Time.
