NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Shares of CEL-SCI Corporation (AMEX:CVM) were gapping down Thursday morning with an open price 14.3% lower than Wednesday's closing price. The stock closed at 42 cents Wednesday and opened today's trading at 36 cents.
