. The settlement affirms PilePro's ownership of the technology underlying its leading-edge iSheetPile.com website. The defendants, who include a former business associate, have unconditionally relinquished any claim to iSheetPile.com intellectual property and have agreed to transfer related business assets back to PilePro.
