PilePro LLC Prevails In Litigation Affirming Its Ownership Of Leading-Edge Technology

AUSTIN, Texas, May 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- PilePro LLC is pleased to announce that it has prevailed in litigation over the attempted misappropriation of its intellectual property and business assets.  Earlier this month the company successfully settled all claims in PilePro Sales Corporation v. SP Network, LLC et al., Case No. A-10-629596, Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County, Nevada. The settlement affirms PilePro's ownership of the technology underlying its leading-edge iSheetPile.com website.  The defendants, who include a former business associate, have unconditionally relinquished any claim to iSheetPile.com intellectual property and have agreed to transfer related business assets back to PilePro.
