Frazier joined Cardinal Bank as Executive Vice President in 2009, and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in February, 2010. Prior to joining Cardinal, she worked as the Loudoun County area executive for BB&T Corporation, and served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Middleburg Financial Corporation.

Frazier currently serves as commissioner for the Loudoun County Economic Development Commission as well as an advisory board member for several non-profits including Loudoun Education Foundation and Leesburg Volunteer Rescue Squad.
