FreightCar America, Inc. Declares Regular Dividend

The directors of FreightCar America, Inc. (NASDAQ: RAIL) have declared a regular cash dividend of $0.06 per share of common stock of the Company. The dividend is payable on June 1, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 25, 2012. The Company last paid a dividend on March 5, 2012.
