(NASDAQ: AREX) today announced that Qingming Yang, the Company’s Executive Vice President – Business Development and Geosciences, will present at Hart Energy’s Developing Unconventional Oil Conference on Wednesday, May 16, 2012, in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Yang’s slide presentation entitled “Wolfcamp Oil Shale Resource Play, World Class Resource in the World Class Permian Basin” will be available under the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website at www.approachresources.com.
The Company will also participate in the 2012 RBC Capital Markets’ Energy & Power Conference on Tuesday, June 5, 2012, at 9:30 AM ET.
