Acquity Group Expands Into Canadian Market, Sets Up Shop In Ottawa

CHICAGO, May 14, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Acquity Group Limited (NYSE AMEX: AQ), a leading global Brand eCommerce™ and digital marketing company, announced today that it is expanding into the Canadian market and opening a new office in Ottawa, Ontario. The new location, Acquity Group's 11th office in North America, will support the company's continued growth throughout the Northwestern United States and Canada.

While Acquity Group already has established expertise in the global eCommerce marketplace, the new Canadian presence extends Acquity Group's capabilities in supporting B2C and B2B brands in North America. This announcement comes on the heels of two other recent office expansions in San Francisco and Seattle.

With online consumption in Canada expected to reach $51 billion by 2016, according to a report commissioned by Google, major North American retailers and B2B brands serving the Canadian market have engaged Acquity Group to design elegant yet functional experiences integrated across all digital channels, including web, mobile and social.
