The St. Joe Company To Webcast Annual Shareholders Meeting
The St. Joe Company (NYSE:JOE) announced today that it will webcast its annual shareholders meeting on May 17, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. (CDT). As part of the meeting, the Company will discuss business operations and answer questions.
The Company will webcast the meeting live, in a listen-only format, on the Company's investor relations website at http://ir.joe.com. A webcast archive of the meeting will be posted to the Company's investor relations website at http://ir.joe.com approximately 90 minutes following the meeting and will be available until June 16, 2012.
