Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (NYSE:RPT) announced today that its Board of Trustees has declared a second quarter 2012 common share dividend of $0.16325 per share, for the period of April 1, 2012 through June 30, 2012 and a second quarter 2012 Series D convertible perpetual preferred share dividend of $0.90625 per share, for the same period.
The second quarter dividends are payable on July 2, 2012 to shareholders of record on June 20, 2012.
