Aegon NV : Approximately 2,439,000 shares changed hands, a 382.8 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.11 or 2.5 percent to $4.51.

American International Group : Approximately 100,742,800 shares changed hands, a 718.5 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.99 or 3.0 percent to $31.84.

Arbor Realty Trust : Approximately 305,900 shares changed hands, a 507.8 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.42 or 7.2 percent to $6.25.

Arcos Dorados Holdings Inc. : Approximately 7,583,100 shares changed hands, a 326.1 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.09 or .6 percent to $14.19.

Dover Downs Gaming & Entertainment Inc. : Approximately 71,900 shares changed hands, a 317.1 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.03 or 1.1 percent to $2.82.
