Bagel offerings at the 13 Portland area locations include three versions of boiled bagels: Plain, Sesame and Everything. Customers may also choose from a wide variety of our Award winning Einstein Bros. fresh-baked bagels, along with dozens of other choices in the Classic, Bagel Thin Singles, Signature and Gourmet-Topped lines. (Note to fans of Noah New York bagels: Einstein Bros. bagels are the same bagels you have enjoyed for years!)

Einstein Bros. also offers an expanded menu, including a new Smart Choices menu featuring popular Bagel Thin sandwiches, gourmet salads, soups and low-fat smoothies. BACKGROUND:

On Nov. 29, 2011, Einstein Noah Restaurant Group announced the acquisition of the Kettleman Bagel Company, a Portland five-store bagel chain company. Between December 2011 and May 2012, the company converted five Kettleman and seven Noah’s New York Bagels restaurants to Einstein Bros., one by a local franchisee, and added a licensed location at Pacific University.
