Matador Resources Company (NYSE: MTDR) (“Matador” or the “Company”) announced today that it has distributed its Annual Report and proxy materials to all shareholders of record as of April 26, 2012. The Company will host its 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday, June 7, 2012. The meeting will be held at the Hilton Anatole hotel in Dallas located at 2201 North Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75207. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time.
