PVH Corp. Announces Licensing Agreement With USPA Accessories For Van Heusen Headwear And Bags

PVH Corp. (NYSE: PVH) and USPA Accessories, LLC dba Concept One Accessories, have entered into a licensing agreement under which USPA Accessories will market and distribute men’s and boys’ headwear and bags under PVH’s Van Heusen brand. The initial term of the licensing agreement runs through 2015 and provides for a renewal at PVH’s option.

The new Van Heusen headwear and bag lines will include men’s and boys’ fashion headwear (excluding knit headwear) in classic shapes and seasonal fabrics, messenger and duffel bags, and briefcases. Product design will incorporate Van Heusen branding. The lines will be distributed at major department stores and specialty stores throughout the United States and Canada.
