Autonation (AN) upgraded at UBS to Neutral from Sell. $34 price target. Valuation back in line with peers.

Air Products (APD) upgraded at Morgan Stanley to Equal-weight from Underweight. Valuation call, based on a $92 price target.

Citrix Systems (CTXS) upgraded at FBR to Outperform. $100 price target. Company has a lot of operating momentum and is leveraged to continued growth of the virtualization market.

Citrix Systems (CTXS) upgraded at Mizuho to Buy from Neutral. Company continues to grow its core business.

Forest Laboratories (FRX) was initiated with a Hold rating at Auriga USA. $36 price target. Company lacks near-term catalysts.

General Dynamics (GD) downgraded to Equal-Weight from Overweight at Morgan Stanley said. Defense business remains soft.

Hess (HES) was downgraded to Neutral from Outperform at Credit Suisse. $70 price target. Stock was also cut from the Focus List. Company cut production guidance and is spending more on capital expenditures.

Hess (HES) was downgraded to Neutral at JP Morgan. $68 price target. Company is producing less in the Bakken shale.



Hexcel (HXL) was upgraded to Buy from Neutral at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. $34 price target. Company is seeing higher volume and margins.

Lennox (LII) was downgraded to Hold at TheStreet Ratings.

LogMeln (LOGM) was upgraded to Buy at TheStreet Ratings.

Marriott (MAR) was upgraded to Buy from Hold at Argus. $48 price target. Company is a consistent grower, keeps costs low and buys back stock.

NVR (NVR) was downgraded to Sell from Neutral at Guggenheim. Valuation call, based on a $675 price target.

Penske Automotive (PAG) was downgraded from Buy to Hold at Keybanc. Valuation call.

Rockwell Automation (ROK) was upgraded to Equal-weight from Underweight at Morgan Stanley. Valuation call, based on an $83 price target.

Texas Capital (TCBI) was upgraded to Buy at Sterne Agee. $41 price target. Company has good visibility for growth and increased profitability.

Torchmark (TMK) was upgraded to Neutral from Underperform at Sterne Agee. Business fundamentals appear to be improving. $56 price target.

Tempur-Pedic (TPX) was upgraded to Buy from Neutral at Hilliard Lyons. $70 price target. Stock appears oversold, following a 20% decline.

Travelers (TRV) was upgraded to Hold from Sell at Deutsche Bank. $62 price target. Earned rate improvement should exceed loss costs over the next few quarters.

Boeing (BA) estimates, target raised at Morgan Stanley. Shares of BA now seen reaching $85, according to Morgan Stanley. Estimates also increased, given an early ramp in business. Overweight rating.

Broadcom (BRCM) estimates estimates increased through 2013 at UBS. Positive effects from NETL, P&L integration, and wireless momentum. Buy rating.

Cheesecake Factory (CAKE) numbers boosted at Credit Suisse. Shares of CAKE now seen reaching $32, according to Credit Suisse. Estimates also upped, given consistent comp sales growth. Neutral rating.

Cirus Logic (CRUS) numbers raised at Oppenheimer. Shares of CRUS now seen reaching $30, Oppenheimer said. Estimates also raised on sharply higher revenue expected beginning in the second quarter. Outperform rating.

Citrix Systems (CTXS) target increased to $97, at Citigroup. Strong growth off of tough comps. Buy rating.

Equinix (EQIX) estimates increased through 2013 at Citigroup. Stronger revenue growth prospects during 2012. Buy rating and $180 price target.

General Dynamics (GD) estimates were reduced through 2014 at Credit Suisse said. Company is facing a lower sales and margin outlook. Outperform rating and new $79 price target.

Corning (GLW) estimates were raised through 2013 at Sterne Agee. Display glass business is improving. Buy rating and new $18 price target.

GNC (GNC) estimates, target boosted at BMO. Shares of GNC now seen reaching $46, according to BMO Capital. Estimates also upped, given the company's solid operating momentum. Outperform rating.

Home Inns & Hotels Management (HMIN) numbers lowered at Oppenheimer. Shares of HMIN now seen reaching $32, Oppenheimer said. Estimates also lowered on higher pre-opening expenses. Outperform rating.

Harley-Davidson (HOG) estimates were raised through 2013 at BMO Capital. Company is attracting new riders and gaining market share. Outperform rating and new $62 price target.

Las Vegas Sands (LVS) target increased to $67 at UBS. Solid results versus expectations. Buy rating.

Nasdaq OMX Group (NDAQ) estimates lowered through 2013 at Citigroup. Dividend a positive, but still playing defense. Neutral rating and $27 price target.

Northrop Grumman (NOC) numbers raised at Oppenheimer. Shares of NOC now seen reaching $67, Oppenheimer said. Estimates also raised on respectable first quarter results. Outperform rating.

Watson Pharmaceuticals (WPI) estimates were boosted through 2015 at JP Morgan. Actavis deal will add to earnings. Overweight rating and new $90 price target.
