Eaton Vance Enhanced Equity Income Fund II, Eaton Vance Risk-Managed Diversified Equity Income Fund Annual Meeting Of Shareholders
BOSTON, April 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- At a meeting held on April 20, 2012, shareholders of Eaton Vance Enhanced Equity Income Fund II (NYSE: EOS) and Eaton Vance Risk-Managed Diversified Equity Income Fund (NYSE: ETJ) (the "Funds"), each a closed-end investment company, voted to elect William H. Park, Ronald A. Pearlman and Helen Frame Peters as Class II Trustees of the Funds, each for a three-year term, as well as Scott E. Eston as Class I Trustee for a two year term and Harriett Tee Taggart as Class III Trustee for a one year term. The Funds' remaining Class I and Class III Trustees, who serve staggered terms, were not up for election and remain in office.
