BRIO’s spring menu, available Tuesday, April 17, includes delectable new starters such as
Chilled Tomato Caprese Bruschetta
Tuscan Stuffed Peppers.
A new entrée salad,
, tricolore tossed with grapes, roasted red peppers, diced Roma tomatoes and topped with grilled asparagus; and the
Chicken a La Fresco
including tricolore with diced Roma, yellow grape and vine-ripened tomatoes, grilled thinly sliced chicken with a balsamic glaze and Ciabatta toast, are ideal light and tasty dishes.
Two new made-to-order pastas include
